Yes. After starting your study, go to your dashboard. Click “Manage Your Study” and then click the “Purchase Study Materials” tab. After you purchase what you need, you will be sent a confirmation email that will explain the two ways that you can redeem your registrations (also explained below).
- If you have your participant’s emails, you can redeem their registrations for them. (In other words, you can unlock access to the study for them). In your dashboard, go to “Manage Your Study” and click on the “Manage Group” tab. Next, select “Redeem Registrations.” Here you can enter the email addresses for your group members, who will be sent an email with a link to sign in or create an account to access your study.
- If you do not have your participants’ emails, give them your study’s redemption code and link (which you will receive in the confirmation email you got when you bought the study materials). Your participants can follow the link, enter the code, then sign in or create an account to access the study. NOTE: Please direct your participants to only use the code one time in association with a single email address. You get 1 code use per participant.
